Title company used for all purchases.
Title Company – Verifies the property is clear of claims and ready to sell.
At closing the Title company issues:
Warranty Deed & Title Insurance.
Renovation
Renovations usually take 2 - 4 months, and you’ll receive monthly updates throughout the process. The exact timeline is provided when choosing a project.
Sale & Collect
At this stage they can choose to sell the unit or rent and keep.
