After you set your budget, Gecko identifies the right project and presents the key reasons behind our recommendation.
Insurance
Property Insurance – Ordered at closing to protect the home during renovation and until it’s sold.
Photoshoot & List
Once the property is complete professional photos are taken & the property will be listed on the MLS, giving access to all Realtors and potential buyers.
Title Company & Closing
Title company used for all purchases.
Title Company – Verifies the property is clear of claims and ready to sell.
At closing the Title company issues:
Warranty Deed & Title Insurance.
Renovation
Renovations usually take 2 - 4 months, and you’ll receive monthly updates throughout the process. The exact timeline is provided when choosing a project.
Sale & Collect
Final sale of the property and distribution of profits between 2 Parties.
